The Wiregrass Blues Society is dedicated to promoting and preserving the rich culture and history of blues music in the Wiregrass region of Alabama and the tri-state area. As a traveling blues society, we bring the essence of the blues to various locations across the Wiregrass. Our mission is to sustain the legacy of the blues trail through education and entertainment, fostering a deeper appreciation for this soulful art form. We support our mission by presenting impactful, high-quality programming that underscores the significance of Wiregrass Blues. Additionally, we are committed to vigorously promoting the next generation of blues artists, ensuring the perpetuation of this timeless genre.
