None of our programs would be possible without the support of our community. From festival goers to corporate sponsors to volunteers, all of the support we receive stretches our capacity to celebrate and memorialize our vibrant blues culture.

Every year, the Wiregrass Blues Society celebrates our region’s rich musical history. Our mission is to keep the blues alive through the presentation of programs like the annual Wiregrass Blues Festival, Blues-in-Schools, and mini-documentaries, as well as by honoring living and deceased musicians who have impacted our region. We serve over nine counties in Alabama, offering four programs, including educational outreach. It’s because of you that we are able to continue our work in Southeast Alabama.

Wiregrass Blues Society Membership
